Many manufacturers have entered the domestic electric vehicle charging and battery swapping market, but industry norms and local standards have not yet been introduced. However, this dilemma is about to be broken!

Recently, Yuhang District of Hangzhou City issued a local standard for electric vehicle charging and swapping - "Electric Bicycle Intelligent Charging and Swapping Project Construction and Operation Management Specifications", which will be officially implemented on April 18!

With the promulgation and implementation of the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of High-Rise Civil Buildings" last year, the issue of electric vehicle charging has gradually attracted widespread attention from the public. Since it is not possible to park or charge in the public lobby, evacuation corridors, stairwells, emergency exits and other places of high-rise civil buildings, people naturally need other charging methods to ensure their travel.

In response to this, various regions have also formulated corresponding regulations based on local conditions. For example, Zhejiang has promulgated the "Zhejiang Province Electric Bicycle Management Regulations", Shanghai has promulgated the "Shanghai Non-Motor Vehicle Safety Management Regulations", and Shandong has pointed out in the "Shandong Province Electric Bicycle Management Measures": People's governments at or above the county level shall formulate and implement infrastructure planning such as charging facilities for electric bicycles and other non-motor vehicles; public places and newly built residential communities shall be equipped with electric bicycle charging facilities and equipment in accordance with regulations.

However, talk is talk, action is action. In an era when charging electric vehicles is becoming more and more troublesome, "battery swapping" may become the development trend of electric vehicles.

In recent years, battery swap companies such as Tower Battery Swap, Xiaoha Battery Swap, e Battery Swap, Hello Battery Swap, Zhizu Travel, Zhangfei Travel, and Chengman Electric have entered the electric vehicle battery swap field. Electric vehicle manufacturers such as Yadea and Hello have also made it clear that they will participate in the battery swap trend. However, the current electric vehicle battery swap market still faces difficulties such as difficulty in the layout of battery swap network stores, unclear tariffs, and low vehicle-battery compatibility. If these three major problems are not solved, even if more national or local laws and regulations are introduced, it will be difficult for the market to move forward.
