To solve the above problems, Kendrion launched the world's first innovative 8-port Sensor Cleaning Module "8SCM", which combines industry-leading solenoid valves and electronic control technologies to integrate the cleaning requirements of various sensors into an embedded electromechanical valve block system. Only one wiring harness is needed to connect the ECU, power supply, and water pump, greatly simplifying the electrical connection architecture.
Only an external water pump is required, which greatly reduces the complexity of the entire system and the weight of the vehicle body compared to the independent cleaning fluid supply method, and obviously also greatly reduces the chance of failure.

With the "central brain": the electronic control unit, it can uniformly "command" each cleaning channel and quickly provide fault diagnosis and status reports in abnormal conditions.
