The International Energy Network learned that on March 19, the winning candidates for Section 1 of China National Nuclear Corporation's 2024 Photovoltaic Inverter Level 1 Centralized Procurement Pilot Project - Pre-installed Centralized Inverter and Boost Integrated Machine were announced.
Seven companies, including Shenzhen Kstar Technology Co., Ltd., Xiamen Kehua Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Hopewind Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chaoxi Industrial Co., Ltd., Sineng Electric Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou National Engineering Research Center for Converter Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Rifeng Electric Co., Ltd., were shortlisted, with bid unit prices ranging from 0.160 to 0.178 yuan/W.
According to the bidding announcement, the photovoltaic inverters for this centralized procurement bidding are the targets of the first-level centralized procurement pilot project of photovoltaic inverters of China National Nuclear Corporation in 2024, and the estimated procurement volume in 2024 is expected to be 0.2GWp. The scope of the bidding includes the design and production of pre-installed centralized inverter-boosting integrated machines (DC1500V/3.125MW-Huabian, DC1500V/3.125MW-Meibian), special tools, test equipment and materials for installation, commissioning, trial operation, and maintenance of the supplied equipment, as well as safety devices for operation and maintenance personnel; spare parts and consumables within the warranty period; selection, design, manufacturing, quality inspection, and testing (including type testing, factory testing, and handover testing) of all equipment components within the scope of supply; provision of all technical documents and drawings required for equipment construction, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance; supply, packaging, shipment, on-site delivery, on-site guidance for installation, equipment commissioning (including communication commissioning), training, participation in trial operation, cooperation in handover acceptance, and after-sales service. The equipment supplied must meet the latest requirements and technical indicators issued by the power grid company and local power grid companies.
The project delivery period is subject to the order agreement, generally within 45 days from the date of order confirmation.
