International Energy Network/PV Headlines (PV-2005) learned that on February 7, China Datang Corporation announced the winning candidates for the 2023-2024 PV Inverter Framework Section 3 Distributed String Inverter (Secondary). Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. and Ginlong Technology Co., Ltd. were shortlisted.
The first candidate for successful bid was Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 130.2325 million yuan and a bid unit price of 0.130 yuan per watt; the second candidate for successful bid was Jinlong Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 132.109 million yuan and a bid unit price of 0.132 yuan per watt.
According to the tender announcement, the 2023-2024 framework procurement of distributed string inverters for photovoltaic projects of China Datang Corporation covers photovoltaic projects of China Datang Corporation, and the total demand for distributed string inverters is estimated to be 1,000MW. The contract is valid from the date of signing to June 30, 2024.
The bidder shall complete the design, manufacture, testing, packaging, transportation to the site and delivery, on-site unpacking inspection, installation guidance, commissioning test, trial operation, defect elimination, performance assurance assessment and acceptance, technical services, random inspection, taxes and fees, and repair and maintenance during the warranty period of the distributed string inverter in accordance with the contract requirements.
The scope of supply mainly includes: distributed string inverters and accessories, special tools, spare parts, consumables, technical services, random inspections, transportation and insurance premiums, etc.
This tender does not accept joint bids.
