Major battery manufacturers are actively iterating towards 300Ah or even higher capacities.
According to data from Gaogong Industry Research Institute (GGII), there are currently more than 28 large energy storage battery products with a capacity of more than 300Ah available in the industry, including the 320Ah top-level energy storage battery released by Ruipu Lanjun. It has started mass production in October, making Ruipu Lanjun the world's first company to achieve mass production of 320Ah batteries and lead the large-capacity battery cell market.
First in mass production, performance far exceeds industry standards
At present, in addition to Ruipu Lanjun, many companies on the market have also launched large-capacity energy storage batteries with capacities of 314Ah, 320Ah, etc. Unfortunately, almost all of them are in the sample stage. Only Ruipu Lanjun has taken the lead and become the world's first company to achieve mass production of 320Ah energy storage batteries. It is reported that Ruipu Lanjun will also put another dedicated production line into production in December, with the goal of achieving a monthly output of 1 million 320Ah top energy storage batteries by the end of the year.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to the advantages in production capacity, the performance of Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah top-down energy storage battery also far exceeds the industry standard. The battery cell adopts Ruipu Lanjun's first top-down technology, which brings higher energy density, higher safety and longer life through innovative design of battery internal structure, solid-liquid interface design, dual-high electrode, electrochemical system innovation, etc.
The test results of the samples sent to us show that the actual capacity of Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah top energy storage battery is greater than 335Ah, and the energy efficiency is 95.4%. Compared with the 314Ah battery in the industry, the capacity is about 4% higher and the energy efficiency is 0.5%-1% higher. This high-performance battery cell that exceeds the industry standard can greatly improve the market competitiveness of customers' products.
Gained industry recognition and won multiple international orders
Based on the advantages of being the first to mass produce and performance that exceeds industry standards, Ruipu Lanjun has also won multiple international orders, such as the 8.4GWh Indonesian battery procurement project agreement signed with POWIN, a world-renowned energy storage integrator, and the 10GWh framework procurement agreement signed with SUNPIN SOLAR, an industry-leading solar developer. The latter is the industry's first large-capacity battery cell order of 10+GWh, and its strength is obvious.
Of course, one of the reasons why Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah top energy storage battery entered the international market is that it has passed the three international authoritative certifications issued by Germany's TÜV Rheinland: UL 1973, UL 9540A, and IEC 62619, and obtained a pass to the international market, with guaranteed safety performance.
Working down-to-earth, Ruipu Lanjun has a promising future
From the perspective of the development of the energy storage market, Ruipu Lanjun is still a newcomer in the industry. However, in the face of the challenges of the current energy storage era, it has taken the lead in developing 300Ah+ large-capacity, long-life, and highly safe energy storage batteries, and has become the world's first mass-produced and delivered.
