The world's first 300MW compressed air energy storage device core unit officially rolled off the production line

On September 20, witnessed by users, several large compressor units provided by Shaangu for the "Hubei Yingcheng 300MW Compressed Air Energy Storage Power Station Demonstration Project" were successfully rolled off the production line in the general assembly workshop.

This is the world's first 300MW non-recompensatory compressed air energy storage demonstration project. It adopts the world's first, all-green, non-recompensatory, high-efficiency 300MW compressed air energy storage technology. It is currently the only large-scale long-term physical energy storage technology comparable to pumped storage. It is known as the "stabilizer" and "super charger" of the new power system. Shaangu provided multiple sets of core equipment and system solutions for the project. After the project is completed, the annual power generation is expected to reach 500 million kWh. It will achieve the world's first single-machine power, the world's first energy storage scale, and the world's first conversion efficiency in the field of non-recompensatory compressed air energy storage. It will play a demonstration role in the healthy development of the energy storage industry and play a positive role in promoting the green and efficient use of energy and the realization of the "dual carbon" goals as scheduled.

Amidst warm applause, Chairman Li Hongan handed over the product inspection certificate to Liu Xiaolin, Chairman of Hubei Chuyun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and on behalf of Shaangu, delivered trustworthy products to users.

Finally, in a warm atmosphere, Li Jun, deputy general manager of China Energy Construction Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd., Liu Xiaolin, chief engineer of China Energy Construction Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd. and chairman of Hubei Chuyun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Chunlin, director of the Complete Technology Center of China Energy Construction Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd., Wang Hui, deputy general manager of Central South Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group, Li Hongan, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Shaangu Group and chairman of Shaangu Power, Chen Dangmin, general manager of Shaangu Power and other leaders jointly started the fireworks starter. Amid the gorgeous fireworks, the truck started moving forward, and the world's first 300MW-level compressed air energy storage device core equipment compressor unit was officially shipped to the user site.
