On July 31, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 6GWh lithium battery energy storage system project of Liangdao New Energy in Shanghang County was held in Nangang Industrial Zone, Shanghang County. Shanghang County Mayor Luo Jian announced the official start of the project on behalf of the Shanghang County Party Committee and County Government. Hao Weifeng, Chairman of Liangdao (Xiamen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. County leaders Fang Gang, Wang Yaohua, Zhang Dengping, Lu Quanguo, Guo Xiayuan, Wen Rukun, Director of the Shanghang Industrial Park Management Committee, relevant county-level units, relevant township leaders, and representatives of the Longjing Liangdao project team attended the event.
Liangdao New Energy's 6GWh lithium battery energy storage system project in Shanghang County covers an area of 103 acres and is scheduled to be put into production in 2026. After the project is fully completed, it will further promote the development of Shanghang County's new energy industry, drive local economic growth, and create employment opportunities.
