On August 3, Hunan Yingke Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingke Energy Storage") successfully signed an energy storage power station energy management contract with Gezhouba Yicheng Cement Co., Ltd. Both parties will make every effort to promote the construction of energy storage projects, and contribute to the construction of a safe, reliable, and low-carbon energy supply system and the realization of the green transformation of cement plants.
The project is located in Banqiaodian Town, Yicheng City, Hubei Province, with a total capacity of 13.6MW/27.52MWh. It is divided into two phases, with the first phase investing 5.1MW/10.32MWH and the second phase investing 8.5MW/17.2MWH.
The project uses lithium iron phosphate batteries to build an energy storage system to ensure a stable power supply in the park. Based on time-of-use electricity prices, the function of peak shaving and valley filling is realized, and the project benefits are realized through the model of saving electricity costs through peak-valley arbitrage. After the project is put into operation, it will help Gezhouba Yicheng Cement Co., Ltd. improve the coordination of power and electricity balance, and comprehensively improve power quality and operation efficiency.
