Jinpan Technology signs 109 million yuan energy storage system equipment procurement contract

Recently, Hainan Jinpan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Xiamen Dongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen Dongyuan") signed a contract to purchase energy storage system equipment for the Huanghua Derun 500MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary smart energy project. The contract amount is RMB 108.7 million (tax included). This contract is a daily operating contract of the Company and the Company has fulfilled the internal approval procedures for signing the contract.

Subject matter of the contract and other party

(I) Subject matter of the contract

The company provided Xiamen Dongyuan with a set of energy storage system equipment for the Huanghua Derun 500MW fishery-photovoltaic complementary smart energy project, with a contract value of RMB 108.7 million (tax included).

2. Enterprise nature: Limited Liability Company (sole proprietorship invested or controlled by a natural person)

6. Address: Unit 14-C, 24th Floor, No. 323, Qianpu Middle Road, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province

7. Business scope: Engage in the development, construction, maintenance and management of wind power generation, hydropower generation and solar power generation; sales of wind power generation equipment, hydropower generation equipment and solar power generation equipment and related technical consultation and technical services; maintenance of power equipment; wholesale and retail: power equipment, power generation equipment, electromechanical equipment, mechanical and electronic equipment, hardware and electrical appliances; other business projects that do not involve prior approval and licensing.

8. Major shareholder: Beijing Tengyuan New Energy Technology Consulting Service Co., Ltd. holds 100% of the shares.

9. There is no affiliation between Xiamen Dongyuan and the Company and its holding subsidiaries.

10. The Company has had no business dealings with Xiamen Dongyuan in the last three fiscal years.
