On March 28, 2023, China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage", Party B) signed the "Tongzi County Pumped Storage Project Investment Supplementary Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Supplementary Agreement") with the People's Government of Tongzi County, Guizhou Province (hereinafter referred to as "Tongzi County Government", Party A) and China Water Resources and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Water Resources and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau", Party C).
The Dalianggang site is located in Tongzi County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is a reserve project in the National Energy Administration's "Medium- and Long-Term Plan for Pumped Storage (2021-2035)". The planned installed capacity is 1,600MW and the estimated investment in the project is 8 billion yuan. (The final approval is subject to the approval of government departments)
Parties A, B and C agree that the Dalianggang Pumped Storage Project in Tongzi County will be jointly carried out by Parties B and C in the preliminary work and investment and construction.
