- High safety: CATL's liquid-cooled energy storage solution uses lithium iron phosphate cells, which are highly safe and stable and have obtained multiple domestic and international test certifications. CATL is the first company in China to obtain the latest version of UL Solutions' full range of UL 9540A test reports for cells, cabinets, and containers.
- Long life: Through the design of a liquid cooling plate independent of the outside of the battery module, CATL's integrated liquid cooling system can control the temperature difference of 416 battery cells in a single cluster within 3 degrees Celsius, and the temperature difference of 4160 battery cells in the whole system within 5 degrees Celsius, effectively improving the product life. CATL's outdoor prefabricated cabin system EnerC is the world's first standard 20-foot container-type liquid-cooled energy storage system with integrated transportation, which can achieve 20 years of safe and reliable operation.
- High integration: Using CTP high-efficiency grouping technology, CATL's liquid-cooled energy storage solution highly integrates subsystems such as batteries, fire protection systems, liquid cooling units, control units, UPS and power distribution, and innovative technologies lead the direction of industry development.
