On January 17, Enerchain Intelligent Power (NASDAQ: NAAS) subsidiary Enercan Technology and Haibo SiChuang signed a cooperation agreement to establish a joint venture company, Enerchain Haibo, to jointly develop energy storage business. The two parties will leverage their respective advantages in users, products, technology, operations, scenarios, etc. to deploy diversified energy storage solutions and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.

Wang Yang, founder and CEO of Enchain Intelligent Power, said: "With the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, and the rapid growth of electric vehicles, the supply and demand of the power system are becoming increasingly unstable and unbalanced, and the importance and urgency of energy storage construction are becoming increasingly prominent. Our cooperation with Haibosichuang came into being."

Zhang Jianhui, Chairman of Haibosichuang, said: "Haibosichuang and Enerchain Intelligent Power have complementary advantages and huge room for synergy. According to national planning goals, by 2025, the installed capacity of new energy storage will reach more than 30GW. Enerchain Haibo will leverage the high-quality application scenarios and advanced technologies of both parties to provide relevant technical support and services for the rapid and healthy development of the energy storage industry."
