On February 1, the commencement ceremony of the 73GWh factory in the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth districts of EVE Energy and the groundbreaking ceremony of the "60GWh Super Factory" were successfully held in Jingmen. The ceremony was witnessed by Jingmen Municipal Party Committee Secretary Hu Yabo, Jingmen Municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Mayor Chen Jiawei, EVE Energy Chairman Dr. Liu Jincheng, EVE Energy President Liu Jianhua and other company executives, as well as corporate representatives and media representatives. The ceremony was presided over by Jingmen Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee Member and Executive Vice Mayor Liang Zaoyang.
At the event, the construction of the 60GWh super factory project of EVE Energy was officially started. Wei Na, general manager of the planning department of EVE Energy's factory, fully demonstrated the innovative highlights of the super factory to the guests. The project significantly improves production efficiency and reduces production costs through integrated and digital design. After the super factory is completed, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 60GWh. The mass-produced product is EVE Energy's new generation of energy storage battery LF560K. The operating cost of its supporting energy storage power station can be lower than that of a pumped storage power station, meeting the large-scale and high-economic demand of the energy storage market. It is another powerful measure for EVE Energy to help the global energy transformation.
Afterwards, Dr. Liu Jincheng presented plaques to the factories that had been completed and put into production. Liang Rongbin, Vice President of EVE Energy, Dr. Bai Chengdong, Dr. Gong Genfei, and Xu Bo went on stage to receive the plaques and gave speeches respectively.
Chairman Liu Jincheng, President Liu Jianhua, Secretary Hu Yabo, Mayor Chen Jiawei and other guests took the stage together to complete the launch ceremony.
Secretary Hu Yabo announced that the construction of Yiwei Lithium Energy's "60GWh Super Factory" has officially started!
