Digital China subsidiary signs 345 million yuan energy storage system and EMS equipment procurement contract

Recently, Digital China (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Digital China Shenzhen"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital China Group Co., Ltd., signed the "CGN ***100MW, 200MWh Centralized Energy Storage Station Project EPC General Contracting Project Energy Storage System and EMS Equipment Procurement Contract" with China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Central South Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. The total contract amount including tax is RMB 345.1 million.

Seller: Digital China (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

1. Contract amount: RMB 345.1 million (tax included)

2. Contract transaction content: The seller provides goods and services for the energy storage system and EMS equipment procurement project of CGN's ***100MW, 200MWh centralized energy storage station project EPC general contracting project, which the buyer has won the bid for, including but not limited to lithium iron phosphate batteries, battery management system (BMS), PCS, smart sub-array controllers, containers and their supporting facilities, special tools and instruments necessary for the installation, operation and maintenance of energy storage converters, energy management systems and equipment, etc. The seller provides installation and commissioning services to the buyer, or provides technical guidance, assistance, supervision and training to the buyer during the installation, commissioning and assessment for which the buyer is responsible. During the warranty period, the seller provides the buyer with contract goods maintenance services, consulting services, technical guidance, assistance, and repair or replacement services for faulty contract goods.

3. Payment of contract price: After the seller submits the relevant equipment and technical services, the buyer shall pay the seller the advance payment, material payment, delivery payment, arrival payment and warranty payment in the order according to the owner's project payment progress.

4. Contract effectiveness conditions: The contract shall come into effect after the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties sign and affix their official seals or special contract seals, or the seller receives the contract advance payment from the buyer.
