On September 14, Sungrow Power Supply announced that the company held a board meeting to review and approve the "Proposal on the Intended Participation in the Establishment of a Partnership and Related Transactions", agreeing that the company, as a limited partner, signed the "Partnership Agreement of Hefei Sunshine Renfa Carbon Neutral Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership)" with the company's controlling shareholder Mr. Cao Renxian and 8 companies including Hefei Renfa New Energy Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in the establishment of Hefei Sunshine Renfa Carbon Neutral Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration). The partnership subscribed a total of 100 million yuan, and the company subscribed 28 million yuan, with a capital contribution ratio of 28%.

Name of partnership: Hefei Sunshine Renfa Carbon Neutral Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership); Main business: investment activities with own funds, venture capital; equity investment ((except for licensed business, it can independently operate projects that are not prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations in accordance with the law); focus on investing in growth-stage projects in the new energy industry, including but not limited to photovoltaic and wind power application technologies, advanced energy storage, hydrogen energy technologies, power electronic conversion related technologies, energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, smart energy, carbon neutrality and other related fields.

The company stated that by jointly investing with professional investment institutions to establish a partnership, it will focus on investing in upstream and downstream companies in the new energy field that are related to the company's main business, and can form synergy with the company in terms of technology, products, markets, supply chains, etc., which will help the company obtain more industrial resources, optimize the industrial ecology, enhance the company's supply chain security, and improve the company's overall competitiveness.
