Huizhou Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") intends to sign an "Investment Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with the Management Committee of Yuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Yunnan Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Yuxi High-tech Zone Management Committee") regarding the Company's investment in the construction of a lithium battery production project in the Longquan area of Yuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build a 10GWh power storage battery project, of which 2.1 billion yuan will be invested in fixed assets.

(1) Project name: Power Energy Storage Battery Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”).
(2) Project investment and implementation entities
Party B voluntarily invests in the construction of a power energy storage battery project within the site selection scope agreed in this Agreement. Party B (or its designated affiliate) registers and establishes a company with independent legal personality in Yuxi High-tech Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Company") as the implementing entity of the project, responsible for the development and construction of the project, and the production and sales of products.
(3) Project land
The land area of this project is approximately 500 mu (the specific area shall be subject to the survey and demarcation area by the intermediary agency).
(4) Total project investment and construction content
The project plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build a 10GWh power storage battery project, of which 2.1 billion yuan will be invested in fixed assets.
