Issue and implement the Tai'an City Salt Cavern Energy Storage and Gas Storage Comprehensive Utilization Plan, start the construction of the Luyin Salt Cavern Gas Storage Pilot Project, comprehensively deepen the preliminary work of the China Energy Construction 2×300MW Compressed Air Energy Storage Project, the China National Energy Feicheng 300MW Project, and the Sinochem Salt Cavern Gas Storage Project, strive for major provincial projects and energy storage and gas storage demonstration pilot projects, and ensure the accelerated construction of the 10 million kilowatt energy storage demonstration base.
