Camel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Camel Shares")'s wholly-owned subsidiary Camel Group Battery Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidiary" or "Battery Sales Company") recently received a designated letter from the German BMW AG (hereinafter referred to as "BMW Germany") for its 12V auxiliary lithium battery system project. The Battery Sales Company will become its supplier of 12V auxiliary lithium battery power systems.

According to customer plans, the project cycle is 7 years, and mass production is expected to be achieved in 2025. It is estimated that 3.4 to 4.7 million sets of 12V auxiliary lithium battery power systems will be sold during the entire life cycle.

The company's existing products mainly include lead-acid batteries, recycled lead and lithium batteries. Currently, low-voltage lithium battery products account for a relatively small proportion of the company's total operating income. The automotive low-voltage lithium battery business is the company's strategic business. After several rounds of bidding, the company successfully obtained the mass production site for the German BMW 12V auxiliary lithium battery system project, which deepened the company's cooperation with German BMW. It is an important achievement of the company in the global high-end automobile market and is conducive to further consolidating the company's market position in the field of automotive low-voltage batteries.
