On January 7, 2022, Wanliyang Energy Company and the Management Committee of Jiangshan Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province signed the "Wanliyang Jiangshan Qingyang Transformer 300MW/600MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Project Investment Framework Agreement". Wanliyang Energy Company plans to invest in the construction and operation of the "Wanliyang Jiangshan Qingyang Transformer 300MW/600MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Project" in Jiangshan Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province.

1. Wanliyang Energy Company registered a project company with independent legal personality in Jiangshan Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province as the main body of the project operation. The new "Wanliyang Jiangshan Qingyang Substation 300MW/600MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Project" (including the first phase of the new 200MW/400MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Project) is planned to be connected to the 220kv Qingyang Substation. The main positioning is to provide frequency regulation, peak regulation and other services.
2. Investment scale: The project will add approximately 44.3 acres of land, with a total investment of approximately RMB 800 million (including equipment investment of RMB 600 million).
3. Project construction period: 2 years, subject to the specific construction period agreed in the State-owned Land Transfer Contract.
