Implementation progress: In the first quarter, a construction plan will be issued; in the second quarter, 2,000 charging piles will be built to promote the construction of taxi charging demonstration stations and shared charging pile demonstration communities; in the third quarter, a total of 6,000 charging piles will be built, and 15 taxi charging demonstration stations and 10 shared charging pile demonstration communities will be completed; in the fourth quarter, all charging piles will be built, and the acceptance of taxi charging demonstration stations and shared charging pile demonstration communities will be completed. The project is under the responsibility of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Transportation Commission, the Municipal Housing Administration Bureau and the districts, and the Municipal Power Company will cooperate. The project is under the responsibility of the Municipal Housing Administration Bureau and each district, and is coordinated by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Management Committee, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, and the Municipal Fire Rescue Corps. Among them, the person in charge of the Municipal Housing Administration Bureau is Deputy Director Zhang Lixin, the person in charge of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Management Committee is Deputy Director Wang Zhen, the person in charge of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau is Deputy Director Li Weimin, the person in charge of the Municipal Fire Rescue Corps is Chief Engineer Tan Xun, and the person in charge of each district is the deputy district mayor in charge.
Firefighting facilities will be installed at the existing 1,000 electric bicycle centralized charging sites in old residential areas to comprehensively improve the prevention level of electric bicycle centralized charging sites in residential areas. Implementation progress: In the first quarter, work plans and technical standards will be formulated and issued; in the second quarter, each district will report implementation plans, complete the design, procurement, and construction bidding work, and fully launch the additional, updated, and renovated projects; in the third quarter, all will be completed; in the fourth quarter, project acceptance will be carried out. The project is under the responsibility of the Municipal Fire Rescue Corps and each district, and the Municipal Housing Administration Bureau and the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau will cooperate. Among them, the person in charge of the Municipal Fire Rescue Corps is Chief Engineer Tan Xun, the person in charge of the Municipal Housing Administration Bureau is Deputy Director Zhang Lixin, the person in charge of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau is Deputy Director Chen Yuanming, and the person in charge of each district is the deputy district mayor in charge.
