"The digital active distribution network focuses on the informatization of transmission, transformation, distribution and user-side energy data, realizes information exchange and sharing, and relies on the digital economy to generate new value creation points." Sun Zhangling said, "Relying on advanced intelligent IoT sensing technology and big data analysis technology, we can fully realize full online user services without running around, accurately track user needs, and customize to improve user satisfaction."
The "autonomous driving" of the power grid is a major feature of the active distribution network. The automatic driving of power grid operation refers to the accurate prediction of user load, power generation capacity, and transmission flow, relying on situational awareness technology to proactively anticipate power grid failures, prompt safety boundaries, proactively avoid power grid risks, and achieve automatic optimization and autonomous dispatch, greatly improving power supply reliability and power quality.
Sun Zhangling gave an example, saying that after the active distribution network is built, users can enjoy high-quality electricity services at any time through the mobile phone APP platform. "For example, according to the analysis of electricity consumption data, the electricity consumption mode of various household appliances can be adjusted to save electricity expenses. When there is a power outage, the repair order is issued through the mobile phone, and the power 'brother' rushes to take the order to carry out the power restoration service."
In addition, for distributed power sources such as household photovoltaic and wind power generation, users can also flexibly participate in electricity market transactions based on the electricity market and their own power generation conditions, choose the best time to use electricity or sell self-generated electricity, and obtain better energy experience and economic benefits.
At the government level and in the field of large users, the digital active distribution network will play a unique role. By integrating various types of electricity consumption information, it provides power big data analysis for government departments, and then provides a reliable basis for higher-level urban planning and development, and comprehensive energy utilization of electric heating and cooling. By monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing the electricity consumption of large enterprises and institutions, it provides them with corresponding decision-making data for them to adjust their production models, rationalize the allocation of production factors, and further improve production efficiency. By opening up power companies' towers, power stations, cables and other resources that can be reused by the society, it supports the green development concept of the Xiongan New Area's full electric vehicle networking construction.
According to the "Xiongan New Area Digital Active Distribution Network Construction Plan" released at the conference, Xiongan New Area will initially build a conceptual digital active distribution network by the end of 2020, and fully build a large-scale digital active distribution network by the end of 2030. By then, Xiongan's power grid resource allocation capabilities, security assurance capabilities, and intelligent interaction capabilities will reach international leading levels.
At the meeting, State Grid Hebei Electric Power also released the implementation plan for the "New Leap Action Plan" for scientific and technological innovation.
