In terms of electric energy substitution, the company will vigorously expand the breadth and depth of electric energy substitution, improve normalized management and positive incentive mechanisms, optimize supporting policies and mechanisms, and plan to achieve 190 billion kWh of alternative electricity throughout the year; scientifically and orderly promote "coal to electricity" clean heating, and complete the "coal to electricity" village and household confirmation in 2020; actively promote full coverage of port shore power, carry out "two vertical and one horizontal" port shore power construction, and achieve full coverage of shore power in major ports along the Yangtze River. In terms of the development of the electricity sales market, the company will actively promote the expansion of business areas, strive for major customers, provide market-oriented transaction services, strengthen the clean replacement of coal-fired self-provided power plants, strengthen the in-depth application of adjustable loads, and build an adjustable load resource library that accounts for 5% of the maximum load.
