The data provided by Wu Yingzi showed that the current maximum load of Shanghai power grid is close to 19 million kilowatts, the maximum power supply capacity is 24 million kilowatts, the reliability of power supply in the whole city has reached 99.996%, the reliability of power supply in the central urban area has reached more than 99.999%, and the power supply is stable and sufficient. Wu Yingzi also said that Shanghai has opened up a green channel for the emergency power demand of key units such as key hospitals for medical treatment, designated medical institutions, medical research and production for epidemic prevention and control, and production of medical equipment and materials; the "three zero services" of zero door-to-door, zero approval, and zero investment are implemented for the new and increased power consumption of epidemic prevention material production enterprises; for epidemic prevention and control material production enterprises that are indeed short of working capital and have difficulty in paying fees, the "no power outage for arrears" policy is also implemented during special periods; during the epidemic, a total of 11,113 kilovolt-amperes of power capacity has been added to 15 units involved in epidemic prevention and material production.
