On March 2, the power dispatching and control center of Xinxiang County Power Supply Company in Henan Province learned that the maximum load of the Xinxiang County power grid reached 213,000 kilowatts on that day, an increase of 113% from before the resumption of work and 4.93% from the same period in 2019. Among them, the industrial load increased rapidly, with 524 large industrial enterprises and general industrial and commercial enterprises with a capacity of 10 kilovolts and above resuming work, accounting for 50.74% of the total load.
In view of the fact that more and more enterprises have resumed work and production, Xinxiang County Power Supply Company has comprehensively considered the number of households resuming work and the load growth index, formulated a power grid plan for enterprises to resume work in advance, increased load forecasting and analysis, and scientifically adjusted the operation mode of the power grid. The company took the initiative to contact the enterprises that have resumed work to understand the production situation, implement the "one enterprise, one policy" power supply plan, organize 9 power supply stations and 2 Communist Party member service teams to carry out inspections of power supply lines and equipment, and provide door-to-door services to guide enterprises that have resumed work to inspect electrical equipment. The company fully implemented the enterprise supportive electricity price policy, exempted the basic electricity fee according to the actual number of days the enterprise was suspended, and reduced the electricity fee for enterprises by more than 2 million yuan.
It is also understood that as of 11:00 on March 2, the maximum load of Xinxiang's power grid has reached 2.52 million kilowatts, which is 96% of the maximum load value in the same period of 2019. In addition, due to the spring plowing season, the power load for irrigation and drainage has increased rapidly. The maximum loads of the three agricultural counties of Fengqiu, Huojia and Yanjin in the city have reached 192,000 kilowatts, 155,000 kilowatts and 228,000 kilowatts respectively, all exceeding the maximum loads in the same period of 2019.
