Zhejiang Hangzhou Power Supply Company launched the first batch of power grid infrastructure projects this year

On February 12, Zhejiang Hangzhou Power Supply Company issued 16 measures to "fight the epidemic, ensure power supply, promote development and increase momentum". It will launch the first batch of power grid infrastructure projects this year, and promote the completion of the annual infrastructure plan of 5 million kilovolt-amperes of 110 kV and above substation capacity and 520 kilometers of transmission lines to provide energy guarantee for local economic and social development.

At present, preliminary work for a number of key infrastructure projects involving Hangzhou's medium- and long-term energy supply, such as the ±800 kV Baihetan-Zhejiang UHV DC and 500 kV Jiangnan power transmission and transformation projects, has been launched. In order to start the projects in a timely manner, Hangzhou Power Supply Company has established an "online design institute" to complete the preparation of engineering drawings for 19 important substations such as 110 kV Fengbei and Yongsheng, and three customer projects such as Zhijiang Laboratory, relying on technologies such as substation 3D whole station design, to help the annual infrastructure plan to be advanced on schedule.

In accordance with the principle of "unchanged production tasks throughout the year and unchanged tasks for meeting the peak summer demand", Hangzhou Power Supply Company has comprehensively formulated maintenance plans for 274 main grid items and 563 distribution grid items in February, and implemented the resumption of work and epidemic prevention measures item by item; seizing the opportunity of relatively low load of the power grid, it organized maintenance of important substations, switchgear and other equipment in 10 districts and 3 counties in the region, eliminated equipment defects and hidden dangers, and started preparations for the peak summer demand guarantee project in advance. Before the epidemic is lifted, the company will not arrange equipment maintenance work involving power outages for residents and enterprises, and will ensure social power supply through live operations and load transfer.

In response to the needs of enterprises to resume work and production, Hangzhou Power Supply Company has opened a green channel for new construction and expansion of electricity supply for enterprises producing epidemic prevention and control materials, providing zero-visit, zero-approval and zero-investment services; for enterprises that are temporarily unable to start or resume work normally during the epidemic prevention and control period, or have business changes, it has implemented an electricity fee reduction policy, which is expected to reduce electricity bills for enterprises by 115 million yuan.
