Among them, the charging and swapping service fee for electric vehicles is charged according to the number of charging units (kWh). The reference standard for social vehicle charging and swapping services is: 0.65 yuan/kWh. Charging and swapping facility operating companies can increase the reference standard by 10% based on their own operating conditions, and there is no limit on the downward range.
In addition, the notice also stated that all operating companies can refer to the charging and swapping service fee standards in this notice before 2020. After 2020, the battery swapping facility service market will have a certain degree of competitiveness, and the charging and swapping service fee standards will be formed through market competition.
