On October 28, Chongqing Jiangbei Shagou Substation completed the host performance test of Toutiao's business, meeting customer needs in terms of indicators that customers focused on, such as multi-channel upload CPU utilization, disk input/output, and network transmission quality.
Chongqing Jiangbei Shagou Substation is the company's first multi-station integration pilot project for cloud-edge collaboration, which was jointly built by State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group and State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company. The substation uses the space resources within the station to establish a data center station, and through the networking operation mode, it provides cloud-edge collaborative "computing power" services for high-definition video, cloud games, content distribution networks (CDNs), sinking nodes, etc. At present, the substation has completed the business test of Wangsu Technology and is currently conducting business tests for Alibaba and iQiyi.
Chongqing Jiangbei Shagou Substation is one of the seven multi-station fusion sites built by State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group across the country. At the beginning of this year, the company proposed the strategic goal of "three types and two networks, world-class", vigorously promoted the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and clarified 57 annual key tasks. State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group established a ubiquitous power Internet of Things working group. As the leading unit of the multi-station fusion development special task, the group's Beijing branch has carried out in-depth construction and operation of edge computing services for multi-station fusion data center stations. At present, the construction of data center stations has been completed in Beijing, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Tianjin, Fujian, Shanxi and other places.
The State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group has also reached cooperation intentions with 18 provincial power companies in Hubei, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Zhejiang, etc., and identified 119 pilot sites to promote the large-scale construction of multi-site integration. These sites can be interconnected with edge sites through the operation and management platform established by the group in Beijing, and cross-regional networking operations will be realized in the future.
"We hope to bring together the company's high-quality resources, such as communications resources, substations, poles, towers, channels and other resources, to achieve the integration and sharing of internal and external resources, develop new businesses and new models, and at the same time provide more diversified services to society." said Guo Zhengxiong, head of the strategic customer department of the marketing service center of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group.
The multi-station integration project opens up substation resources to the public, provides infrastructure support for 5G services, emerging industry development, and urban digital construction, and supports distribution networks, industrial infrastructure, smart manufacturing, integrated energy services and other scenarios to achieve open sharing of site resources. The multifunctional use and lean management of substations avoid duplication of construction and save the overall cost of infrastructure construction.
In addition to promoting multi-station integration projects, the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group has also carried out pilot construction in emerging fields such as smart logistics. Smart logistics is an "online platform + offline network" business model created by the group under the rapid development trend of new energy vehicles, taking the support of relevant national policies as an opportunity. On the one hand, smart logistics relies on logistics distribution centers to accurately deploy new energy logistics comprehensive service stations, provide electric vehicle charging, parking, rest, collection, maintenance, leasing and other comprehensive logistics services, and form a comprehensive service network for new energy distribution; on the other hand, it applies new technologies to create an intelligent logistics information platform, provide collection services, route planning, intelligent pile search and other services, effectively improve the value of single-vehicle transportation, and further provide credit investigation, supervision, food transportation and other services through blockchain technology and logistics big data analysis.
The 10 smart logistics stations that have been put into operation cover Longquanyi District, Shuangliu District, Xindu District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province and Erqi District of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Within one and a half months of official operation, they have more than 1,200 registered users and serve more than 400 vehicles per day. Shippers, transportation companies, logistics parks, charging stations and other parties can deepen interaction and collaboration in all aspects of logistics operations, improve overall efficiency, and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
Establishing a platform model to provide integrated energy services intelligently and efficiently
During the National Day holiday this year, the State Grid 95598 customer service hotline operated smoothly and orderly, with an average of 1,221 people on duty every day and more than 1 million incoming calls. The composite energy network and smart service park project in the State Grid Customer Service Center Park was built by the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group. It is the first regional energy Internet project in China with an operation time of more than 4 years, centered on electricity, and a comprehensive coordinated supply of multiple energy sources. It can meet the energy needs of electricity, cooling, heating, etc. for 6,000 call seats in the park with an area of 278,800 square meters all year round. The annual average proportion of renewable energy in the park is greater than 31%, achieving 100% electricity substitution.
Providing comprehensive energy services has become an important way for energy companies to achieve the transformation of traditional industrial models, improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. In recent years, the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group has vigorously carried out comprehensive energy services, covering enterprises, parks and regional customers, helping to increase the proportion of clean energy utilization and the reliability and economy of energy supply systems. "We use terminal standardized access solutions to achieve panoramic perception, while integrating power wireless private networks, VPNs, 5G and other communication technologies to achieve efficient data transmission, and through the modular configuration of distributed energy, diversified energy storage, flexible and controllable loads and other businesses, we can improve the energy efficiency level of the service area." Bi Yanbing, deputy director of the group's project management center, introduced.
At present, the urban smart energy management and control system, which was jointly designed and developed by Xiongan New Area Power Supply Company and State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group Guodiantong Company and has the State Grid's completely independent intellectual property rights, has been implemented in the two ubiquitous power Internet of Things comprehensive demonstration areas of Xiongan and Zhengding. This system comprehensively monitors and intelligently dispatches electricity, water, gas, cold and heat, and realizes the whole chain connection from energy production units to consumer end components, creating the first city-level comprehensive energy service platform, realizing the flexible interaction of source, grid, load and storage, and fully supporting the energy management and construction of the demonstration area.
"In addition to providing technical support and a talented team to build, implement, integrate, and operate, we have also begun to expand our platform thinking," said Liu Xin, deputy director of the Development Planning Department of the State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group. The construction of a smart energy comprehensive service cloud platform, through intelligent control and operation management information systems, serves multiple types of customers such as governments, parks, and enterprises, realizes smart energy supply, promotes energy structure optimization, and improves energy efficiency. This is an innovative measure for the group to promote the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
