On November 5, the first new intelligent distribution transformer terminal of State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company was installed and put into use in the 10kV Siyan Road Languang Bimanting front ring network cabinet public transformer No. 1 box transformer in Chengdu, marking the official operation of Sichuan's first distribution Internet of Things substation. The construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things on the distribution side of State Grid Sichuan Power has entered the implementation stage.
The application of this intelligent distribution transformer terminal is an important task to implement the overall requirements of the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things on the distribution side of State Grid Corporation of China and promote the transformation and upgrading of the distribution network to a new generation of power system. The substation realizes real-time monitoring of the operating status of distribution transformers, low-voltage switches, residual current, equipment joint temperature, reactive power compensation, etc., and active reporting of distribution transformer power outage events, realizing panoramic perception of the operating status of distribution transformers and low-voltage substations.
Based on data fusion and "big cloud, things and mobile" technology, the intelligent distribution transformer terminal deepens the big data analysis of low-voltage equipment, completes the automatic identification of low-voltage topology in the substation area, power quality analysis and management, active reporting and diagnosis of power outage information, and analysis and management of line loss in the substation area, focusing on thematic analysis of low-voltage power outage events, substation loads, and three-phase imbalance, supporting lean operation and maintenance and project reserves, guiding subsequent project transformation, and improving the lean management level of low-voltage equipment. The intelligent distribution transformer terminal improves the equipment quality of the distribution substation area by carrying out the construction of distribution transformer terminals and low-voltage intelligent equipment detection lines, and implements the management mode of full inspection of distribution transformer terminals and random inspection of low-voltage intelligent equipment, providing a strong guarantee for the stable operation of intelligent distribution substation areas.
In the next step, State Grid Sichuan Electric Power will, in accordance with the requirements of State Grid Corporation of China on conducting local interaction of data from distribution and collection devices, actively promote the construction of new substation integration terminals in Sichuan, establish an integrated monitoring and control system for medium and low voltage, and promote full control of the status of medium and low voltage equipment and full penetration of business processes, laying a physical foundation for the online, transparent, mobile and intelligent processing of distribution network information and business, improving the level of "intelligent equipment, on-site informatization, and standardized construction" in distribution, and assisting State Grid Corporation of China in building "three types and two networks".
