China Energy Storage Network News: Recently, at the 4th International Energy Internet Forum held in Yangzhong, Jiangsu, Zhenjiang Power Supply Company released the "Yangzhong Xinba Town Energy Internet Planning and Practice" report, deeply implementing the State Grid Corporation of China's "three types and two networks, world-class" strategy, building an energy Internet demonstration zone in Xinba Town, Yangzhong City, and exploring energy transformation.
At present, my country is at a critical stage of industrialization and urbanization, and energy demand is growing rigidly. Faced with the contradiction between energy supply and demand, Yangzhong Xinba Urban Energy Internet Demonstration Zone adheres to the development concept of "clean substitution, energy efficiency improvement, incremental orientation, and win-win cooperation", and maximizes low-carbon and clean energy through energy infrastructure construction and market transaction model innovation, and maximizes energy efficiency through the integration of multi-energy complementarity and user big data value mining, and rationalizes investment returns through the coordination of standardized investment and construction and open and shared operations. According to the release report, the demonstration zone will focus on building a "two 50%" pilot demonstration zone, that is, electricity accounts for more than 50% of terminal energy consumption and clean energy accounts for more than 50% of electricity supply.
The Yangzhong Xinba Urban Energy Internet Demonstration Zone will build a special demonstration zone for energy storage applications, multi-energy conversion and energy data openness through various measures such as infrastructure construction, information integration, and market cultivation. It will creatively build a regional energy Internet demonstration sample and take the lead in innovation in energy storage applications, multi-energy conversion, and energy data sharing.
In terms of energy storage applications, the Yangzhong Xinba Urban Energy Internet Demonstration Zone optimizes energy storage locations, expands application scenarios, practices a variety of front-end technologies, and builds a demonstration zone with multiple energy storage applications. Based on electrochemical energy storage, the demonstration zone plans to build a domestically technologically advanced non-recompensatory air compression energy storage project and build a multi-form energy storage application base. It is expected that by 2020, the energy storage scale of the demonstration zone will reach 68 MW/136 MWh.
In terms of multi-energy conversion, the demonstration zone has comprehensively improved energy efficiency through multi-energy comprehensive planning. At present, the demonstration zone has built two sets of distributed gas trigeneration systems, which have driven the intelligent control of regional multi-energy pipelines and accelerated the development of energy storage technology; and through the coordinated optimization of regional sources, grids and loads, explored cold, heat and electricity bargaining transactions to improve economic benefits.
In terms of energy data sharing, the demonstration zone continues to build a regional energy data center and a comprehensive energy management and control service platform to provide a practical environment for theoretical explorations such as multi-energy planning, optimized scheduling, power trading, and energy efficiency evaluation, and strives to build a characteristic demonstration zone for open energy data.
In addition, the demonstration zone has also achieved "five functions, multiple services, and value sharing" through independent investment, with the help of social capital, and other open and shared investment profit models such as the construction of energy Internet infrastructure.
At present, Zhenjiang Power Supply Company has completed the overall planning of the demonstration zone and determined the first phase of the project with a total investment of 753 million yuan, of which the company invested 306 million yuan in infrastructure construction. After the project is completed in 2021, the installed capacity of clean energy in the demonstration zone will increase by 149%, and the electricity penetration rate will increase from the current 25.6% to 95.5%, effectively reducing carbon emission indicators and providing a demonstration sample for the regional energy production and consumption revolution.
