On August 28, 2019, the unveiling ceremony of Chengjiang County’s first new energy charging station, Chengjiang Public Transport Service Center, was held, which means that Chengjiang County’s public transport passenger service capabilities have made a leap forward, promoting the concept of low-carbon, environmentally friendly and green travel development, and will better serve the development of Chengjiang’s overall tourism.
The charging station is built and operated by Chengjiang Shanshui Transportation Service Co., Ltd. It has 36 DC charging piles, one pile with two charging poles, a total of 72 charging poles, which can meet the charging needs of 72 new energy vehicles at the same time. The charging speed is fast, and it only takes about 30 minutes for a new energy vehicle to be fully charged. From now on, the charging equipment of the center will not only serve the company's 85 new energy buses and 50 new energy taxis, but also be open to social vehicles.
The promotion of new energy facilities in Chengjiang not only plays a positive role in the rapid development of Chengjiang, but also greatly improves the city's image and provides better travel conditions for the people. In the next step, Chengjiang County will continue to increase the promotion of new energy, accelerate the construction of road transport stations and informatization, and provide more effective hardware facilities to better meet the travel needs of the people.
