2) At the strategic level, the development path of "core basic business first, driving the coordination of the entire industry chain, and promoting city-level innovation" is adopted. Taking 5G deployment as the entry point, the construction of edge data centers is gradually introduced to drive the development of the entire industry chain in the fields of energy and information communication, including chip research and development, equipment manufacturing, operation and maintenance, etc. At the same time, through the intensive construction and coordinated development of environmental monitoring stations, Beidou ground-based enhancement stations, energy storage stations, distributed new energy power stations, etc., a power engine is injected into the construction of new smart cities. The core basic business in the early stage of "multi-station integration" should mainly focus on the intensive construction and operation of substations, 5G base stations and edge data centers, and support the emerging intelligent service application needs through the wide coverage, low latency, large bandwidth communication network and instant response edge computing capabilities formed by 5G base stations and edge data centers. With the maturity and development of the core basic business system, the construction and operation of sites such as environmental monitoring stations, Beidou ground-based enhancement stations, energy storage stations, and distributed new energy power stations can be introduced to gradually form regional and city-level intensive sharing and innovative integration development capabilities.

5 Conclusion

This paper is based on the connotation and characteristics of multi-station integration, and conducts research around business models and development paths. It focuses on the operation mode and business system of multi-station integration, and analyzes the application value of multi-station integration in combination with the typical application scenario of safe city. On this basis, from the two levels of strategy and policy, it proposes the development path of "government guidance, enterprise operation", "core basic business first, drive the coordination of the entire industrial chain, and promote city-level innovation", which provides certain guidance and reference for the market-oriented application and promotion of multi-station integration. In the future, further research on multi-station integration safety management, including power station access safety, information security, fire safety, etc., can be carried out to realize the widespread implementation of multi-station integration construction and operation projects.
