On May 22, State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. officially launched the construction of Yingtan Comprehensive Demonstration Zone of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things.
This year, State Grid Corporation of China proposed the strategic goal of "three types, two networks, and world-class". State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power has conscientiously implemented the company's work arrangements, combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Power Grid, and completed the 2019 ubiquitous power Internet of Things construction plan, and determined three key tasks: full coverage upgrade and transformation of HPLC smart meters, optimization and improvement of basic data platforms, and construction of a ubiquitous distribution Internet of Things full business management and control platform, involving equipment operation and inspection, power grid operation, power marketing, material management and other business areas, and simultaneously carried out the pilot construction of ten engineering tasks such as line loss at the same time, multi-dimensional lean management system transformation, business and financial integration "1233" fund management, and material smart supply chain.
State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power arranged Yingtan Power Supply Company to first carry out the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, apply emerging information technologies such as Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing, and create a portable and popularizable ubiquitous power Internet of Things demonstration zone. Through the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things infrastructure, Yingtan Comprehensive Demonstration Zone will achieve full coverage of HPLC smart meters, and carry out platform function improvement and system advanced application design and development such as full-business unified data center.
It is understood that after the construction of Yingtan Comprehensive Demonstration Zone achieves results, State Grid Jiangxi Power will promote practices and experiences throughout the province to promote the rapid implementation of ubiquitous power Internet of Things technology in Jiangxi power grid; through three years of hard work, the ubiquitous power Internet of Things will be initially built by 2021; the terminal equipment perception capability, terminal network connection capability, data sharing service capability, and business innovation driving capability will be further improved, and the construction of a first-class energy Internet enterprise will be comprehensively promoted.
