On April 18, the substation working group meeting of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Power System Management and Information Exchange (SAC/TC82) was held in Nanjing. Xin Yaozhong, deputy director of the Standardization Committee, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Six Major Challenges Facing Strong Smart Grid and Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things", expounding on the overall strategic goal of establishing "two networks" (strong smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of Things), and analyzed and explained in detail the upcoming technical requirements, difficult problems and transformation keys from six aspects: power structure, grid structure, power structure, dispatching control, network security and IT technology, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges.
