In the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions, electricity prices for industrial and commercial use have always been attractive for investment.
For example, the average electricity price in these areas is about 0.75 yuan/kwh. In addition, the photovoltaic power generation period basically coincides with the peak period of electricity consumption, and the peak electricity price once dropped to about 1 yuan/kwh. At the same time, as the cost of photovoltaic systems decreases, the price of single-watt systems in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai has gradually dropped below 5 yuan/W, and the price of some leading projects has even dropped below 4 yuan/W. If the price of 5 yuan/W is conservatively estimated, the photovoltaic projects distributed in these areas can basically recover the investment cost in 5 years, not to mention that there are some local subsidies that can also bring additional benefits to investors. All of these have made high-quality industrial and commercial projects extremely attractive to investors.
The case we shared this time is located in an industrial park, where there are a few parking sheds and cement roofs, which are relatively scattered. The capacity of this project can be around 10-20kw, and the inverter used is Shenzhen Shengnengjie SE-17/20/22KTL series three-phase inverter.
