China Energy Storage Network News: The 2nd World Intelligence Conference Smart Energy Innovation and Development Forum was recently held at the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin. The forum focused on building a green, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system and promoting the deep integration of energy and information to promote the development of new technologies, new models and new business forms of the energy Internet, and support and promote the energy revolution.
The forum was organized by the China Electronics Society, Tianjin Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology, and Baodi District Government. Chen Qingquan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Royal Academy of Engineering, Zhou Xiaoxin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and representatives from various industries attended the forum. The forum focused on the effective combination of conventional energy and new energy. Through government policy interpretation, domestic and foreign expert opinions, corporate practical experience sharing, and on-site solution demonstrations, the forum explored the innovation and development of energy technology around promoting energy consumption, supply, technology, system, and revolution.
中国科学院周孝信院士在论坛上表示:建设清洁低碳、安全高效的新一代能源系统,实现能源转型是我国新一轮能源革命的核心目标,包括可再生能源的多元能源结构、安全可靠的能源生产和供应模式,供需互动的高效用能方式是新一代能源系统的主要特征;增加非化石能源消费比重超过50%,非化石能源发电量比重接近80%,人均年用电量达到9000度以上,显著提高电能在终端消耗中的比重,大幅提高能源利用效率,持续降低能源系统二氧化碳排放量,是2050年建成新一代能源系统的主要目标。构建能源和终端综合能源系统,加速推进储能技术研发和产业化,建设新型电力系统输配网络,构建与信息技术深度融合的能源互联网,建立新一代能源系统的市场体系和机制,是实现新一代能源系统关键路径。

Compared with traditional energy, the new generation of energy system has four main characteristics. In terms of energy structure, it is a diversified energy structure that gives priority to renewable energy and adapts to local conditions; in terms of production and supply, it implements a centralized and distributed energy model that is mutually coordinated; in terms of energy use, it uses various types of energy in a comprehensive manner, with supply and demand interaction, energy saving and high efficiency. Finally, the energy Internet is the integration of information and energy, which has a social platform, commerciality and user service, and cannot be achieved without deep integration with the information system.
Gao Yubao, vice chairman of the Tianjin CPPCC, pointed out at the forum that the energy in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is complementary. Realizing the coordinated development of energy in the three places from the perspective of system and mechanism will greatly improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of the three places, promote the effective use of clean energy on a larger scale, and thus reduce the negative impact of energy consumption on the environment. The current period is a critical period for the adjustment of the industrial structure of the energy, industry and chemical industry. The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is conducive to the flow and connection of capital, production, technology and talents in a wider range, and realizes the complementary advantages. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the integrated construction of energy, chemical industry and related industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the development of energy and chemical industry parks face a rare historical development opportunity. In terms of exploring the establishment of an ecological and environmental protection linkage mechanism and an industrial and scientific and technological innovation coordination mechanism, it has a direct driving effect on the development of the energy and chemical industry.
The reporter learned from the forum that in recent years, Baodi District has actively seized major strategic opportunities such as the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and has focused on building a modern economic system and creating a complete carrier and new industries. The economy of the district has shown a strong momentum of development, and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded, accelerating the formation of leading industries represented by new energy and new materials, especially in the field of lithium batteries, forming a full industrial chain, and the solar thermal industry represented by Shouhang Solar Thermal and wind energy companies represented by LM Wind Energy have also begun to take shape, laying a solid foundation for the development of the new energy industry. The carrier of smart energy development is energy, and the driving force of development is technology. Baodi District is currently relying on a good energy industry foundation and the Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun development platform to vigorously promote the research and development and application of smart energy, focus on introducing high-end talents, technology and other innovative elements in the industry, create an industrial ecosystem of "Internet + Energy", and strive to build Baodi into a smart energy industry base.
At the forum, the Baodi District Government and the China Electronics Society held a cooperation signing ceremony. The two parties will build an expert database, promote advanced technologies, provide consulting services and carry out talent training.
