Recently, with the establishment of the industrialization project of Shenzhen Ruidefeng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 40 million sets of high-end lithium battery structural parts in Nanchuan Industrial Park, Xining's 100 billion lithium battery industry base has added another major player.
Shenzhen Ruidefeng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design and production of new energy storage structural parts. It is a shell and top cover supplier for well-known domestic and foreign battery manufacturers such as Times New Energy, BYD, Xinwanda, Samsung, LG, and Panasonic. It has more than 300 core technology patents such as design and manufacturing in the field of power battery structural parts. Among them, the top cover safety explosion-proof valve and battery cell soft connection metal chip control technology are at the industry-leading level.
The total investment of the project settled in Nanchuan Industrial Park is 1.5 billion yuan, which will be implemented in three phases. Among them, the first phase of the industrialization project with an annual output of 40 million sets of high-end lithium battery structural parts covers an area of 80 mu, with a planned total investment of 250 million yuan, and 30 automatic production lines for lithium power battery and energy storage battery cell shells and boxes will be built. It is planned to be completed and put into production in the first half of 2019, and can achieve annual sales revenue of 600 million yuan; the second phase of the project plans to invest 450 million yuan to build production lines for automotive lithium battery modules, heat sinks, module connectors, cell top covers, cell soft connections and cell connection bars; the third phase of the project will invest 800 million yuan for project expansion.
