According to the changes in refined oil prices in the third quarter of 2017, in accordance with the "Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau on Clarifying the Electricity Price and Service Price of Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Facilities" (Su Price [2014] No. 69) and the "Notice of the Municipal Price Bureau on Determining the Service Price of Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Facilities in Our City and Other Related Issues" (Ning Price [2014] No. 87), with the approval of the Municipal Government, the following notice is hereby issued on the adjustment of the charging standards for pure electric vehicle charging and swapping services in our city and other related matters:
1. Adjust the maximum charge standard for battery swapping service of pure electric buses (12m) by reducing it by RMB 0.10 per kilometer. After the adjustment, the maximum charge standard for battery swapping service of pure electric buses (12m) is RMB 1.70 per kilometer.
2. The maximum charging charges for pure electric buses (12m) and the maximum charging and battery replacement charges for pure electric vehicles (with less than seven seats) remain unchanged at RMB 1.23 per kilowatt-hour, RMB 1.44 per kilowatt-hour, and RMB 0.57 per kilometer.
3. This notice shall be effective from October 10, 2017.
