The National Competition Organizing Committee has announced the list of retest teams for each topic participating in the national review of the 2019 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Competition. The relevant work items of this retest are hereby notified as follows:

1. Registration time and location

All participating teams notified online to participate in the retest must bring their design works sealed by the competition organizing committee to the designated registration location between 14:00 and 20:00 on August 29, 2019. The retest will start at 8:00 am on August 30, 2019 at the retest location. Any team notified of the retest that fails to register before 20:00 on August 29, 2019 will be deemed to have automatically waived the retest qualification.

Registration, retest and waiting locations:

Registration location: Lobby on the first floor of Jiren Building, Jiading Campus, Tongji University

Retest location: Jiren Building, Jiading Campus, Tongji University

Waiting place: Tongde Building, Jiading Campus, Tongji University

2. Precautions

1. Each retest team must present the ID card and student ID card of each member of the team when reporting. After the identity of each team member is verified, a "Retest Qualification Certificate" will be issued. This certificate must not be lost! The "Retest Qualification Certificate" must be presented when participating in the retest of the work on August 30.

2. The packaging boxes of the retest team's design works must be sealed by the competition organizing committee. After entering the retest site, the staff must first check and confirm that the seal is qualified before opening it again. Failure to seal or unauthorized opening will be treated as violations.

3. When retest team members enter the retest site, they are not allowed to bring computers, mobile phones and various testing instruments (except multimeters and instruments permitted by the questions), otherwise they will be treated as violations.

4. The retest team should not take more than 20 minutes to prepare for the work after entering the test site, and the retest time should not exceed 20 minutes in principle. Each step of the retest should be completed by the students of the retest team themselves.

5. Participants in the retest shall be responsible for their own transportation, food and accommodation expenses.

3. Tips

1. Pay attention to weather forecast information, bring necessary rain gear and clothes, and make sure the box of your work is sealed and waterproof.

2. It is recommended that students who come to take the retest eat in the student cafeteria on campus as much as possible.

3. Students who are taking the retest must pay attention to the safety of their persons and belongings before departure and during the journey.
