China Energy Storage Network News: On August 28, the National Energy Internet Industry and Technology Innovation Alliance General Member Conference and the 2017 National Energy Internet Conference were held at Tsinghua University. Fang Zhuangzhi, general manager of Linyang Energy, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a special speech on "Building a Smart Low-carbon Park Based on Energy Internet". He elaborated on the innovative strategic goal of Linyang Energy to build a smart low-carbon park based on energy Internet from the three main lines of "1+N+T" innovation model to build a smart low-carbon park, the role and importance of the smart distributed energy cloud platform, and the energy Internet pilot demonstration project currently promoted by Linyang Energy.

When talking about the "1+N+T" model, Mr. Fang said: "Our team tried the "1+N+T" smart low-carbon park management concept in the park project. First, we built a park smart energy platform and built N subsystems at the same time. We think the key point is that, first of all, for distributed photovoltaic power generation, it is a very flexible resource. It is also a very flexible and elastic clean energy generation. On the smart distributed energy platform, waste heat power generation and biomass power generation can also be carried out.

At the same time, distributed energy storage and user energy storage are also the links between generation and use, including charging platforms and smart energy efficiency management platforms. Among these N subsystems, what we ultimately need to support is flexible energy and carbon trading. For power trading in power reform, the future industrial park will be the place where our carbon emissions are the largest, so carbon trading is also an area that deserves great attention."

At present, smart low-carbon parks have four obvious characteristics

First, the smart photovoltaic cloud platform in the park can realize the full visualization and intelligent analysis of energy production, transmission, storage and consumption;

Secondly, by building efficient clean energy in the park, we can provide the park with stable clean energy, reduce users' electricity costs, and develop a new model of smart energy use;

Third, by building a multi-energy coordinated energy network in the park and implementing efficient energy-saving transformation projects for users based on the cloud platform, the energy consumption per unit GDP of the park can be systematically reduced to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction;

Finally, it can manage carbon asset quotas for high-energy-consuming enterprises in the park, helping the development of the park and the environmental protection system. In addition, Linyang Energy also uses its own bifacial high-efficiency photovoltaic modules to achieve clean energy supply and complete energy consumption.

In the report, Mr. Fang emphasized the role and importance of the smart distributed energy cloud platform. He said: "We have built a smart energy efficiency management cloud platform. The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have vigorously promoted power demand side management, including various provinces and regions have continuously issued different documents and policies to encourage our demand side management and energy efficiency management. Through the energy efficiency layer terminal, we collect energy efficiency big data mainly for electricity, water, gas and heat to our backend platform. Based on this energy efficiency big data, we will carry out distributed photovoltaic, energy storage microgrid, lighting, distributed systems, etc., implement demand response and support future carbon trading."

Finally, Mr. Fang introduced the most representative pilot demonstration projects that Linyang Energy is currently promoting: the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone Energy Internet Pilot Demonstration Project and the Jiangsu Qidong Lushi Port Economic Development Zone Incremental Distribution Network and Microgrid Demonstration Project. "I think we must complete the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone Energy Internet Pilot Project as scheduled in accordance with the spirit of the Energy Bureau's documents. We must make a demonstration from a pilot, not just a plan on paper. We must see the reality and explore the business model and various solutions for optimizing operation, and at the same time fine-tune and fine-tune our solutions in the process. In general, we should carry out multi-energy complementarity and coordinated optimization on the supply side on the power generation side, and be flexible, elastic, controllable and efficient on the demand side."

Linyang Energy, which is developing rapidly around the three major business segments of "intelligence, energy conservation, and new energy", will continue to work hard to help my country realize energy coordination, energy efficiency, energy commercialization, energy democratization, energy virtualization, and energy informatization as soon as possible, improve overall energy efficiency, promote energy market opening and industrial upgrading, form new economic growth points, enhance the level of international energy cooperation, and make the energy Internet industry a pillar industry in my country in the new era.
