Photovoltaic power generation is a technology that uses the photovoltaic effect of semiconductor interfaces to directly convert light energy into electrical energy. The key component of this technology is solar cells. After being connected in series and packaged for protection, solar cells can form a large-area solar cell module, which is then combined with inverters and other components to form a photovoltaic power generation device. The advantage of photovoltaic power generation is that it is less restricted by geographical location because the sun shines on the earth; the photovoltaic system is also safe and reliable, noise-free, low-pollution, can generate electricity and supply power locally without consuming fuel and setting up transmission lines, and has the advantages of short construction period.
As an electronic product, photovoltaic inverter is composed of many components. Inverter is also called power regulator. According to the use of inverter in photovoltaic power generation system, it can be divided into two types: independent power supply and grid-connected. According to the waveform modulation method, it can be divided into square wave inverter, step wave inverter, sine wave inverter and combined three-phase inverter. For inverters used in grid-connected system, it can be divided into transformer inverter and transformerless inverter according to whether there is a transformer. When grid-connected power generation is required, it must be connected to the power grid. After the photovoltaic power generation system is installed and connected to the grid, problems are inevitable. When problems occur, they must be inspected and repaired.
There are a few things to note when repairing:
1. Before performing any maintenance work, first disconnect the electrical connection between the inverter and the grid, and then disconnect the DC side electrical connection.
2. Wait for at least 5 minutes until the internal components are fully discharged before performing maintenance work.
3. Any fault that affects the safety performance of the inverter must be eliminated immediately before the inverter can be turned on again.
4. Avoid unnecessary circuit board contact
5. Comply with electrostatic protection regulations and wear an anti-static wrist strap.
6. Pay attention to and comply with the warning signs on the product.
7. Before operation, conduct a preliminary visual inspection of the equipment to see if it is damaged or in other dangerous conditions.
8. Pay attention to the hot surface of the inverter. For example, the heat sink of the power semiconductor will still maintain a high temperature for a period of time after the inverter is powered off.
Finally, after the machine is repaired, make sure that any faults that affect the safety performance of the inverter have been resolved before turning on the inverter again.
