There is now a surge in the installation of photovoltaic power generation in both urban and rural areas. Of course, this is due to the policy support given at the national level. On the other hand, photovoltaic power generation has advantages that other traditional energy sources cannot match.
The working principle of photovoltaic power generation is that photovoltaic modules absorb sunlight and then convert light energy into direct current, which is then converted into alternating current through photovoltaic inverters to supply loads or be connected to the power grid. The inverter plays an important role in this process. In the words of experts, it is the "central nervous system", which shows that its role is not ordinary. In actual photovoltaic power generation projects, photovoltaic grid-connected inverters are connected to the power grid above and the modules below, and they also feedback the power generation information of the photovoltaic power station.
As an electronic product, the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is composed of many components. When it is connected to the grid for power generation, it must be connected to the power grid. Attention should be paid here. Because of its particularity, you must not be careless during installation and maintenance, otherwise there may be various hidden dangers. So how should we pay attention? Here we start from the maintenance aspect.
After the photovoltaic power generation system is installed and connected to the grid, problems are inevitable. When problems occur, they must be inspected and repaired. As a power generation carrier, the inverter must be electrically disconnected from the grid first, and then the DC side electrical connection must be disconnected during any maintenance operation. In order to ensure that there is no residual power inside the inverter, wait for 5 minutes after disconnection until the components inside the inverter have been fully discharged before maintenance work can be carried out.
Secondly, during maintenance operations, first visually check whether the equipment is damaged or in other dangerous conditions. This can usually be seen directly with the naked eye. When a problem is found somewhere, you should comply with the electrostatic protection regulations, wear an anti-static wristband, check various warning signs, and pay attention to whether the inverter hot surface temperature has cooled down. At the same time, avoid unnecessary contact between the body and the circuit board. Several of my friends are engaged in inverter service. They often go to the project site to deal with faults. Sometimes they often get burned because they don't pay attention to the temperature of the inverter body.
Finally, after the machine is repaired, make sure that any faults that affect the safety performance of the inverter have been resolved before turning on the inverter again.
