Selectronic Australia has expanded its offering of Selectronic certified grid-connected solar PV inverters with the addition of five new models to its Fronius Primo series.
The company noted that Selectronic’s certified grid-connected inverters are the first step in building a solar power generation system with maximum efficiency and maximum flexibility.
Selectronic certifies inverters with an additional communication function that enables the SP PRO Multimode Inverter to manage the PV output and thus perfectly control the solar power system – this is known as managed AC-coupled connection and was pioneered by Selectronic in 2010.
Rod Scott, CEO of Selectronic, said: “Selectronic and Fronius are aligned in many ways – not only does the SP PRO integrate seamlessly with Selectronic certified Primo and batteries, giving people more choice and flexibility, but we are also committed to providing our customers with the reliability they need.”
Selectronic-certified Fronius Primos are available in power ratings from 3.0 to 8.2kW. Fronius is the latest inverter manufacturer to join Selectronic’s certified range, which also includes ABB PVI grid-tied inverters.
