China Energy Storage Network News : From June 26 to 28, the 2016 Tianjin Summer Davos Forum was held. More than 1,500 leaders from all walks of life from more than 90 countries and regions around the world attended the meeting. The scale of the meeting was unprecedented and the international influence was huge. Global Energy Internet was one of the important topics of this forum, and Tianjin is a firm practitioner of Global Energy Internet. State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company proposed the "three demonstrations" of Global Energy Internet and is accelerating the construction of urban energy Internet.
Building a benchmark for energy interconnected cities
Urban energy internet is a subset of global energy internet. Only by realizing urban energy internet can we realize China's energy internet and eventually the global energy internet. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power will not only build urban energy internet, but also strive to build the best urban energy internet and create a benchmark for global energy internet city interconnection.
State Grid Tianjin Electric Power has proposed "three demonstrations". It will take the opportunity of undertaking the global energy Internet and building Tianjin urban energy Internet to create a demonstration for the dissemination and promotion of the global energy Internet concept, a demonstration for the multi-level consumption of clean energy, and a demonstration for serving the State Grid Corporation's technology equipment industry to "go global".
On May 26, the first stop of the media event "Visiting Central Enterprises - UHV Peak Summer Thousand Miles Tour" hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and undertaken by the State Grid Corporation of China was held in Tianjin. More than 20 central and local media reporters visited the State Grid Tianjin Electric Power and visited the Tianjin South 1000 kV UHV substation under construction and the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Global Energy Internet Theme Exhibition Hall. As of mid-June this year, the Tianjin Eco-City Global Energy Internet Theme Exhibition Hall has been open for one year and has received 142 groups of Chinese and foreign guests, about 3,000 people.
The Global Energy Internet Theme Exhibition Hall in Tianjin Eco-City, which was completed and put into operation last year, is currently the most comprehensive and vivid communication base in China that showcases the characteristics of the Global Energy Internet concept. The exhibition hall holds high-level talks on green energy development and promotes green energy exchanges and cooperation between enterprises. At present, the concept of Global Energy Internet has formed a broad consensus in Tianjin and has become an important solution to promote green and low-carbon energy development and ensure sustainable energy supply.
In order to further promote the concept of global energy internet, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power actively established a talent pool for publicity, held the 2016 Global Energy Internet Youth English Talent Competition, and carried out international exchange business training. At the same time, the Global Energy Internet Theme Exhibition Hall in Tianjin Eco-City welcomed experts and scholars from universities such as Tianjin University to visit and inspect, and reporters from TV stations in Indonesia and other countries also came to interview and experience, which strengthened high-level, international exchanges and cooperation and expanded the scope and influence of the concept of global energy internet.
Integrate into the national energy internet
If the urban power grid is a capillary, then UHV is the "artery" that transports blood. After two years of unremitting efforts, on May 11, the Tianjin section of the Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project was fully connected, and is expected to be officially put into operation in July. Other UHV projects under construction in Tianjin include the Mengxi-Tianjin South 1000 kV AC project and the Ximeng-Taizhou ±800 kV DC project, which will be put into operation at the end of this year and the middle of next year respectively.
The Tianjin South 1000 kV UHV substation, located in the southwest of Dagang, Binhai New Area, is the "end point" of the Mengxi-Tianjin South 1000 kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project, and is also the "midpoint" of the Ximeng-Shandong 1000 kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project. The two UHV AC lines will meet here. At present, the long-term induced withstand voltage partial discharge test of two sets of UHV transformers has been completed, indicating that the UHV transformer with the highest voltage level and the largest capacity in Tianjin has met the conditions for live operation and will meet the conditions for power transmission in October.
Zhuang Jian, director of the Development Planning Department of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power, introduced that State Grid Tianjin Electric Power is comprehensively planning to accelerate the construction of infrastructure, striving to realize the formation of a 500 kV double-ring network structure as soon as possible, the formation of 7 power supply divisions at 220 kV, 100% interconnection of 10 kV lines in the city, and an increase of more than 50% in the substation capacity of 500 kV and below, providing a strong basic guarantee for the urban energy Internet, and absorbing large-capacity external electricity in a layered manner to ensure that large-capacity external electricity can be delivered to the global energy Internet.
The door to "external electricity into Tianjin" has been opened. Zhuang Jian introduced that after the Tianjin South 1000 kV substation is put into operation this year, the external power supply in Tianjin will reach about 5 million kilowatts, and the external power supply ratio will reach more than 30%. It is expected to reduce coal consumption by 9 million tons per year, and reduce carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions by about 26.9 million tons, 810,000 tons and 405,000 tons respectively.
During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Tianjin's urban energy internet will be fully interconnected with the domestic power grid, integrated into China's energy internet, and initially interconnected with transnational power grids; in local areas of the city (such as new industrial parks, educational parks, and residential communities), the power grid will replace gas, heating, oil supply and other pipelines and stations and become the only energy network; the proportion of urban fossil energy in total energy consumption will drop to 60%.
Achieve full consumption of clean energy
Invest 41 billion yuan to build a world-class urban power supply network, construct an urban energy internet, and promote the implementation of the global energy internet strategy in Tianjin. State Grid Tianjin Electric Power determined this plan to lead the city's green development at the beginning of the "13th Five-Year Plan". Then, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power actively implemented the clean energy consumption demonstration work, opened up a full-cycle green channel, and ensured that the access plan review, preliminary design review, construction plan review and acceptance and other important links were seamlessly connected, so that the largest photovoltaic power generation project in North China, Xinyi Photovoltaic Power Station, was connected to the grid for power generation, becoming another landmark project in Tianjin's clean energy consumption project library.
Taking Tianjin Eco-city as an example, there are three modes of new energy consumption: centralized power generation and integration into the large power grid, self-generation and self-use with surplus power connected to the grid, and self-generation and self-use. The demonstration goal of 20% of electricity coming from new energy has been achieved. In 2015, the electricity consumption reached 104 million kWh, achieving a clean energy consumption rate of 100%. Recently, the smart home photovoltaic project in the smart grid innovation demonstration zone of Tianjin Eco-city has started installation and commissioning. Ten demonstration households have installed photovoltaic power generation integrated facilities developed by State Grid Tianjin Electric Power to achieve "plug and play" for home use and grid connection of photovoltaic power generation. Relevant personnel of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power said that the realization of "plug and play" of distributed photovoltaic power generation is of great significance for the friendly access of large-scale distributed power sources and the construction of community energy networks. It provides strong support for building a smart public service network, building an urban energy Internet, and promoting the implementation of the global energy Internet strategy.
Recently, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power held a review meeting for the access system plan. Unilever (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. became the first distributed wind power grid-connected user in Tianjin. The power consumption method is self-generation and self-use, and the surplus power is connected to the grid. In June, the Binhai New Area started the construction of 33 charging stations with a total of more than 320 charging piles, further meeting the requirements of the new area government to increase the promotion of new energy vehicles. In 2016, the State Grid Tianjin Electric Power will further increase the promotion of electric energy substitution, ensuring the completion of 2 billion kWh and striving to achieve 2.5 billion kWh of annual substitution power.

It is understood that the installed capacity of renewable energy power generation in Tianjin has reached 520,000 kilowatts, which can generate 925 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. In this regard, the relevant person in charge of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power said that in the next step, State Grid Tianjin Electric Power will further implement the "external electricity into Tianjin" strategy and accelerate the construction of ultra-high voltage channels into Tianjin. At the same time, it will strengthen the consumption of renewable energy and ensure that the consumption rate of renewable energy reaches 100% by 2020.
