From May 24 to 26, 2016, Jiuquan Runke brought the ALBA series of early warning inverters to the SNEC exhibition and won the "Terawatt Diamond Award". Its outstanding features and unique product style are the result of the technical innovation of the R&D team. At the new product launch conference on the 25th, Mr. Du Fangyong, General Manager of Jiuquan Runke, introduced in detail this high-power inverter, which is known as the most cost-effective in the world.

First, we use Isocool's unique cooling method, that is, the heat inside the inverter is transferred to an independent air duct through a radiator, and then a fan removes the heat. This unique cooling method completely isolates external wind, sand, water vapor, etc. from the internal core components, and does not require filters or manual regular dust removal. It can effectively reduce the operating temperature of internal electrical components, improve the overall efficiency and operating life of the system, and reduce the cleaning, filtering and labor costs in routine operation and maintenance.

Secondly, the product is equipped with intelligent online monitoring. The status and parameters of all key components in the ALBA series early warning inverter are monitored online, and the monitoring interface is presented on mobile terminal devices through WIFI or can be uploaded to the central monitoring system. With a visual operation interface, when the inverter fails, the source of the fault can be quickly found, and the failure of some components can be realized through the early warning function of the monitoring system, and it can be discovered when it is about to fail.

Thirdly, the ALBA series early warning inverter adopts IP54 protection level in design, getting rid of the traditional container and can be directly applied to various outdoor power stations, which reduces the production cost and the customer's initial investment.

In addition, our new product has high reliability. All components in the inverter are from well-known domestic and foreign brands. It can be said that the internal parts of the ALBA series early warning inverter, such as screws and nuts, are all made of high-quality products. For example, ALBA's confluence copper plate adopts a more reliable and safer galvanized heat shrink tubing process, unlike the traditional inverter that uses bare copper to reduce costs; the application of Siemens industrial PLC improves the system drive and data acquisition capabilities. Jiuquan Runke always puts product quality first. The inverter has a built-in UPS to provide power supply for the auxiliary power circuit in the inverter. When a fault occurs in the power grid, it can ensure safe and reliable power supply to the inverter control system. A complete control system and algorithm can ensure stable and reliable power output, while improving the reliability and life of key components.

Finally, the cost reduction of the inverter can be achieved by increasing the power of the unit or reducing (lowering) the configuration. The unit power of ALBA 4× is 2 MW. Under the condition of using high-quality components and not reducing the configuration, the cost can be reduced to the maximum extent. And through repeated calculations, the use of 2 MW per unit in most power station designs can effectively reduce the initial investment of the power station. Therefore, we launched the inverter with a unit capacity of 2 MW to bring the greatest benefits to customers.
