On January 16, 2016, the "2016 China Energy Development and Innovation Forum" was grandly held in Kunming, Yunnan, under the guidance of the National Energy Administration, hosted by China Reform Newspaper, and supported by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The theme of this conference was "Innovation, Coordination, Green, and Sharing". Leaders from the National Energy Administration and local energy bureaus, power generation groups, power station investors, design institutes, and outstanding photovoltaic manufacturing companies were invited to attend and deliver speeches. Li Jianfei, vice president of Sineng Electric Co., Ltd., was invited to deliver a keynote speech and participate in the high-end dialogue session of the conference.

In recent years, my country's photovoltaic industry has expanded rapidly. According to preliminary statistics, the total installed capacity of domestic photovoltaic power generation in 2015 was about 14.95GW, with a total installed capacity of about 43GW, surpassing Germany to become the country with the highest cumulative installed photovoltaic power generation in the world. On December 15, 2015, the relevant agencies of the National Energy Administration issued a letter on soliciting opinions on the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Solar Energy Utilization. According to the plan, by the end of 2020, the installed capacity of solar power generation will reach 150GW. The photovoltaic industry will once again usher in a spring of development.

In the theme speech session of the conference entitled "Leading Plan Leading the World in Solar Power Generation", Li Jianfei, Vice President of Sineng Electric, delivered a speech entitled "Application and Prospect of High-efficiency Distributed Inverter Solutions in Photovoltaic Power Stations". Li Jianfei said that the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has drawn a grand blueprint for China's economic and social development in the next five years, established the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", and emphasized that "innovation" must be placed at the core of the overall national development. Photovoltaic companies should follow the trend, adhere to scientific and technological innovation, be technology-based, and make first-class products.

It is understood that "innovation" has always been one of the core competitiveness of Sineng Electric. Since its establishment, Sineng Electric has decisively rejected the development shortcut of buying technology and then assembling it, and insisted on taking the road of independent innovation. After years of hard work and accumulation, Sineng Electric is now one of the few companies in the industry with completely independent intellectual property rights, and the only company in the industry with a complete large-scale ground photovoltaic power station inverter solution. At the same time, the distributed inverter solution launched by Sineng Electric is also an important manifestation of its innovation ability. The distributed inverter is the third photovoltaic inverter technology route after the centralized inverter and the string inverter. It combines the respective advantages of the centralized inverter and the string inverter. It is known as the "best inverter solution for photovoltaic power stations with higher returns" and represents the future development direction of inverters.

In addition, Li Jianfei was also invited to participate in the dialogue session of the conference, and discussed topics such as "Leading Plan Leading the World in Solar Power Generation" with Han Qinghao, General Manager of China Minsheng New Energy, Li Jian, General Manager of Beijing Jingneng, Deng Jianqing, Chairman of Beijing Dongrun Environmental Energy, Cui Yaping, Vice President of Zhongxing New Energy, Wang Sheliang, Vice President of China Power Construction Northwest Survey and Design Institute, and Chi Zhaowei, Assistant General Manager of China Power Construction Shanghai Electric Power Design Institute. Li Jianfei said that 2015 was the final year of my country's "12th Five-Year Plan", and it was fruitful in the photovoltaic field. Not only did it complete the photovoltaic installed capacity target of the "12th Five-Year Plan" six months ahead of schedule, but it also laid a solid foundation for the "13th Five-Year Plan". This year, the government successively issued documents such as "Opinions on Promoting the Application of Advanced Photovoltaic Technology Products and Industrial Upgrading", "Regulation Conditions for Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry" and "Photovoltaic Product Leader Certification Plan", proposing to give play to the role of market allocation of resources, improve the market access standards for photovoltaic products, guide photovoltaic technology progress and industrial upgrading, support advanced technology products to expand the market, and accelerate the elimination of backward technology products, all of which will greatly promote the healthy development of the photovoltaic industry.
