Recently, the white carbon black pulverizer developed by Zhejiang Fengli Pulverizing Equipment Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, became the first batch of Zhejiang Province's new products in 2014 due to its advancement, novelty and applicability, as well as strong innovation, high technical content and good market prospects.
White carbon black is an important inorganic chemical raw material, widely used in rubber, papermaking, plastics, coatings, medicine, food, pesticides, daily chemicals, batteries, electronic packaging materials, new energy and other industries, and has become one of the most popular products in the chemical industry. In recent years, my country's white carbon black production has grown rapidly, and it has developed into the world's largest white carbon black producer.
With the increasing requirements of the country for energy conservation and environmental protection of green tire products, especially the quality technical indicators such as tire rolling resistance which have a great impact on automobile fuel saving, the amount of white carbon black added in tires will inevitably increase significantly, which represents an important development direction of white carbon black. At present, there is still a large gap between domestic and foreign products in this field. I believe that in the near future, its research and development, production and application will surely achieve more fruitful results. At present, with the increasing use of white carbon black in my country, the requirements for the particle size of white carbon black are becoming more and more stringent, which will make the application space of white carbon black crusher unlimited.
However, the general mechanical crushing method for processing white carbon black has many defects, such as simple process and easy introduction of impurities, difficult to control powder properties, low preparation efficiency and wide particle size distribution. To solve this problem, Zhejiang Fengli, under the guidance of relevant scientific research institutes, used unique powder technology to successfully develop a white carbon black crusher.
The machine has many innovative highlights: it is divided into two parts by a ring, the lower part is the air inlet chamber, and the upper part is divided into a crushing chamber and a grading chamber by a diverter ring. The crushing chamber is composed of a crushing disc and a bushing, which crush the material into fine powder and then enter the grading chamber. The grading chamber is composed of a grading impeller, which can separate the fine powder into two specifications: qualified and unqualified. The qualified fine powder is sucked out through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. The unqualified fine powder falls back to the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the diverter ring and continues to be crushed until it meets the standard.
This is a vertical shaft reflection type pulverizer. A grading device is installed in the pulverizing chamber. The pulverized materials are affected by the airflow and collected by the grading device. The grading device replaces the usual pulverizer screen and can complete the two processing steps of micro-pulverization and micro-powder sorting at the same time, with high pulverizing efficiency. It is equipped with an airflow flow control valve and a grading impeller stepless speed regulator. The particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine, and the fine powder can be fully recovered without polluting the environment.
The machine has a cooling function, low temperature rise during crushing, and is particularly suitable for processing heat-sensitive and fibrous materials, with uniform product particle size. It is easy to maintain, operate and clean, and has a large production capacity. The machine uses a new imported narrow V-belt drive, which has the characteristics of large transmission power, smooth and stable operation, and high efficiency.
Compared with the white carbon black pulverizer currently used in my country, this machine has leading performance indicators and is suitable for processing materials with various white carbon black finenesses. The product particle size is uniform and can be crushed to 7-30 microns. It is currently an ideal white carbon black micro-crushing production equipment with good performance, high efficiency and energy saving.
At present, the machine is popular in the main white carbon black producing areas such as Fujian, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan and Jiangxi. (Wu Hongfu)
