The device is available in TO-220AB, ITO-220AB and TO-263AB packages, with a wide current rating from 10A to 60A and a typical VF as low as 0.33V at 10A.
Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced the launch of 12 45V devices with three power packages, which have a wide current rating of 10A to 60A, expanding its TMBS® Trench MOS barrier Schottky rectifiers. These rectifiers have an extremely low typical forward voltage drop of 0.33V at 10A and are optimized for use as bypass diodes in solar cell junction boxes to provide protection.
The devices released today include the dual-die V(B,F)T1045CBP, V(B,F)T2045CBP, V(B,F)T3045CBP and V(B,F)T6045CBP. Each device is available in TO-220AB, ITO-220AB and TO-263AB power packages.
The maximum operating junction temperature of all rectifiers is 150°C and the maximum junction temperature is less than 200°C in DC forward current without reverse bias (t≤1 hour). These devices comply with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC.
The TO-263AB package meets the moisture sensitivity level of Class 1 per J-STD-020, with a maximum LF peak of 245°C. The TO-220AB and ITO-220AB packages can withstand a maximum solder bath temperature of 275°C for 10 seconds per JESD 22-B106, and are halogen-free per IEC 61249-2-21.
