The WS51F7340 series chip is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the enhanced 1T 8051 core. The instructions are fully compatible with the traditional 8051, and the running speed is 10 times faster than the traditional 8051. WS51F7340 integrates 16KB Flash, 2KB programmable Boot Loader, 128B independent EEPROM, 1KB SRAM, 25-channel low-power Touch Key, 1 26-channel 12-bit precision ADC, hardware/software LED driver, software LCD driver, 4 pairs of 8 channels 16 Bit complementary output PWM, 1 buzzer output, 4 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 2 UARTs, 1 I2C, 1 SPI, 16MHz internal RC oscillator, 32KHz internal RC oscillator, 32.768KHz external crystal oscillator, 26 GPIO and other resources. In order to improve chip reliability, WS51F7340 also integrates power-on and power-off reset, 8-level optional low-voltage detection (LVD), low-power independent watchdog counter (WDT), self-wake-up timer (WKT) and other modules.
