November 16, 2022 – Mouser Electronics, a global authorized distributor of semiconductors and electronic components focused on introducing new products, will now stock Microchip Technology’s PIC32CM LE00, LS00 and LS600 (PIC32CM Lx) ultra-low power MCUs. Offering 32-bit performance, ultra-low power, and memory configurations up to 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM, the PIC32CM Lx family offers three different options for designers looking to solve challenges in the Internet of Things (IoT), consumer, industrial and medical markets. product selection.

Microchip PIC32CM Lx MCUs, available from Mouser, feature 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 CPUs with frequencies up to 48MHz. Featuring picoPower® technology, these devices feature fast 1.5 μs wake-up times, as well as SleepWalking and event system peripherals fully supported by Microchip's power debugger and data visualization tools. All three products also feature on-chip analog op amps, digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that can operate in sleep mode and interface with a variety of sensors. They also offer superior capacitive touch capabilities, offering Enhanced Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC) and Driven Shield+, allowing designers to add buttons, scroll wheels, Touch screen and slider.

PIC32CM LS60 has an ultra-powerful security feature set and is the industry's first MCU to combine a security subsystem and Arm® TrustZone® technology in a single package, allowing the CPU to be divided into "secure" and "non-secure" zones. The PIC32CM LS60 integrates an enhanced external touch controller and Driven Shield+ feature to prevent erroneous touches due to moisture.

The PIC32CM LS00 has similar security features such as Secure Boot and Arm TrustZone technology, while the PIC32CM LE00 is a general-purpose MCU with flexible packaging options.

As a global authorized distributor, Mouser Electronics stocks an extensive selection of semiconductors and electronic components ready to ship™. Mouser aims to supply customers with fully certified original products and offers full manufacturer traceability. To help customers accelerate their designs, the Mouser website provides a rich library of technical resources, including technical resource centers, product data sheets, vendor-specific reference designs, application notes, technical design information, engineering tools and other useful information.

Engineers can also subscribe to free Mouser e-newsletters with one click to keep abreast of new product trends and information in the industry.
