For unused ports, when the program is initialized, they are all set to output high level (DDR=1 PORT=1), and the voltage drop on the input resistor is nearly 4V. When it is set to high impedance (DDR=0 PORT=0), the voltage on the resistor drops to 1.3V.
It seems that unused I/O ports must be set to high-impedance state (DDR=0 PORT=0).
